I don't like to unknit when I make something, it feels wrong, it's work thrown away. But on this occasion, I started with blue and grey yarn, and my calculations were wrong, as the blue yarn didn't reach me, so I undid it.

Hace algún tiempo, estaba loca por hacer una bolsa de punto para mi manta de yoga. Sin embargo, la he empezado y soltado más de una vez, incluso la he deshecho. No me gusta destejer cuando hago algo, me sienta mal, es trabajo tirado a la basura. Pero en esta ocasión, empecé con hilo azul y gris, y mis cálculos estaban mal, ya que el hilo azul no me llegaba, así que lo deshice.
I had to do it twice more, since the first time the measurements were wrong and it was too wide. Finally, I started it again and this time I did it from start to finish in one day to make the bag and the next day I completed the handle. Here again an unforeseen event came up, as I had to make the handle with a darker yarn, as the shades I used for the bag ran out. This yarn was a gift from my daughter-in-law who brought it to me from Spain, but the situation was well resolved and the bag was finished.
Tuve que hacerlo dos veces mas, ya que la primera vez las medidas eran erróneas y me quedaba demasiado ancho. Finalmente, volví a empezarlo y esta vez lo hice de principio a fin en un día para hacer el bolso y al día siguiente completé el asa. Aquí también surgió un imprevisto, ya que tuve que hacer el asa con un hilo más oscuro, ya que los tonos que utilicé para el bolso se acabaron. Este hilo fue un regalo de mi nuera que me lo trajo de España, pero la situación se resolvió bien y el bolso quedó terminado.
Now I will tell you the final process that resulted in this comfortable bag for my blanket.
The materials used were yellow and purple wool yarn in two shades, both; 2.5 mm crochet needle, wool needle for the ends and scissors.
Ahora les contaré el proceso final que dio como resultado esta cómoda bolsa para mi manta.
Los materiales utilizados fueron hilo de lana amarillo y morado en dos tonos, ambos; aguja de ganchillo de 2,5 mm, aguja lanera para los extremos y tijeras.
I made the bottom of the bag starting from a magic ring with the purple yarn, inside 6 high stitches and another row with increases. Then I inserted the yellow yarn to combine the colors, since these two tones fascinate me. I made increases and high stitches of both colors so that the background would be very dense, until I made the last row of 50 stitches.
Hice el fondo del bolso partiendo de un anillo mágico con el hilo morado, dentro 6 puntos altos y otra hilera con aumentos. Después inserté el hilo amarillo para ir combinando los colores, ya que esos dos tonos me fascinan. Fui realizando aumentos y puntos altos de ambos colores para que el fondo quedara bien tupido, hasta realizar la última vuelta de 50 puntos.
I continued knitting the 50 high stitches to go up, since I knew that this would be the diameter that I had to have to make it perfect for my blanket. I cast on 3 rows of 50 double crochet stitches at the beginning.
Then I made 4 rows of purple V-stitches, since I was starting to give height.
Continué realizando los 50 puntos altos para ir subiendo, ya que sabía que ese sería el diámetro que debía tener para que quedara perfecto para mi manta. Realicé en la parte inicial 3 hileras de 50 puntos altos.

At the end of the 4 purple rows, I cast on 8 rows of the same stitch in yellow yarn. Then I continued with three rows of purple yarn and made 8 rows of yellow yarn again, all with the V-stitch of the same size so that it would be uniform.
Al terminar las 4 hileras moradas, realicé 8 hileras de este mismo punto en hilo amarillo. Luego seguí con tres vueltas de hilo morado y volví a realizar 8 hileras de hilo amarillo, todo con el punto en V del mismo tamaño para que quedara uniforme.
I finished by making 4 rows in purple yarn. On them, I made three high stitches inside each V, separated by a chain, leaving the space where the closing cord would pass through. On this row, to give it a nice finish, I made a purple shell on each three high stitches.
Concluí realizando 4 hileras en hilo morado. Sobre ellas, realicé tres puntos altos dentro de cada V, separando por una cadena, quedando el espacio por donde pasaría el cordoncillo de cierre. Sobre esta hilera, para darle un acabado bonito, realicé una concha morada sobre cada tres puntos altos.
To make the handle, I took the slightly darker yellow yarn and made a chain of 8 stitches. On each stitch, I cast on a high stitch and continued in this way until I repeated it 50 times, leaving a yellow band. On the edge, I made a scalloped stitch with a separation of 3 chains between one stitch and another, thus concluding the band.
I attached it to the bag by stitching with the crochet needle, as I think it looks stronger that way.
Para realizar el asa, tomé el hilo amarillo un poco más oscuro y realicé una cadena de 8 puntos. Sobre cada punto, hice un punto alto y lo continué así hasta repetirlo 50 veces, quedando una banda amarilla. En el borde, le realicé un punto festón con una separación de 3 cadenas entre un punto y otro, concluyendo así la banda.
La uní al bolso realizando puntadas con la aguja de ganchillo, ya que me parece que queda más fuerte así.
Finally, I made a cord to close the bag at the top. I made it with yellow yarn, made a chain of 100 stitches and over it I made half stitches. At each end, I put a yellow bead. I passed it through the openings of the penultimate row and now everything is finished, my yoga blanket has its bag!
Por último, realicé un cordoncillo para cerrar arriba el bolso. Lo hice con hilo amarillo, realicé una cadena de 100 puntos y sobre ella realicé medios puntos. En cada extremo, le puse una cuenta amarilla. Lo pasé por las aberturas de la penúltima hilera y ahora sí quedó todo terminado. ¡Ya mi manta de yoga tiene su bolso!
