I went with my hiking partner to Pie de Cerro, Aragua, Venezuela, because we want to do a mountain route and we don't really know the route. So we were looking for a guide to program our adventure, but in vain, we couldn't find one!
As a reward, Destiny gave us the possibility to visit and get to know this Ecological-Ludic Park, located in front of the Church “El Buen Pastor”.
HIGHWAY
So I will start by telling you about the name of La Mislera Park. It happens to be located next to the road that leads to La Colonia Tovar. This is a town founded by German emigrants, after an expedition through the Central Highlands of Venezuela. A large group of settlers departed from the town of Choroní, located on the coast of Aragüeño, and after a rough journey, they arrived at the land donated to them by the Count of Tovar. There, the Misle surname is very famous, as it was a colonizing family. As the years went by, many went down to La Victoria and there they also put down roots.
The welcome is given by a beautiful train, made with wooden logs and the name of the park.

There are two “Sube y Baja”, which caught my attention, because they are totally safe. And the colors harmonize with the landscape.

So far so normal, but the little girl in me came out and I didn't miss the opportunity to get on the wooden cart, similar to the Flintstones' Troncomobile.

Then, I went up to a sort of Casita, where the children get into the cylinder and as if it were a slide they fall on the floor. I didn't do it! ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Although it provoked me.

There were some swings next to the house, inviting to rock. I only sat down for the photo, because this park is for real children; not for the spirit.

I noticed, there was a Horse or Donkey, and right next to it some piglets. My friend was already on the animal and earned his picture. I was among the piglets.

There are some Painted Stones and on each one of them a number, where the child can follow the sequence or the guide can pose mathematical exercises, according to the age of the child.

Me? Excited and happy, because as an educator I think it is great that from an early age children are educated on the importance of nature and the use that can be given to the resources it offers us.

I forgot to tell you that it has two toilets, clean and very well maintained. One for girls and the other for boys.
I left there amazed, delighted and smiling like a happy child... My friend's goal was achieved: to see me laughing and feeling a joy that I don't even know how to explain it. A thousand thanks to him! For the affliction that had accompanied me during the week, vanished.

On my way out, I notice a tree where there are posters with positive, encouraging words, addressed to parents or representatives and to those children who can read. But, there is a spelling mistake there that caused me noise as soon as I saw it.

The other aspect that caught my attention is that no one approached us to tell us about this magnificent and exemplary project, perhaps because we were only two adults and had no children with us!
I really applaud this initiative to unite the recreational aspect oriented to an ultimate goal: TO VALUE AND LOVE NATURE and also to exercise children's brains through games.

LA MISLERA¡Saludos amigos! Estoy tan emocionada que quise compartirle mi experiencia del día de ayer, domingo 05 de mayo de 2024.
Fui con mi compañero de senderismo hasta Pie de Cerro, Aragua, Venezuela, pues queremos hacer una ruta de montaña y en realidad no conocemos la ruta. Así que estuvimos buscando a un guía para programar nuestra aventura, pero fue en vano. ¡No lo encontramos!
Como recompensa, el Destino nos obsequió la posibilidad de visitar y conocer este Parque Lúdico-Ecológico, ubicado frente a la Iglesia “El Buen Pastor”
CARRETERA
Así que comenzaré por hablarles del nombre del parque La Mislera. Resulta que está ubicado al lado de la carretera que conduce hacia La Colonia Tovar. Este es un pueblo fundado por emigrantes alemanes, luego de una expedición por la Serranía Central de Venezuela. Un grupo numerosos de colonos partieron desde el pueblo de Choroní, ubicado en el litorial aragüeño y luego de una ruda travesía, llegaron a las tierras que les había donado el Conde de Tovar. Allí el apellido Misle es muy famoso, pues fue una familia colonizadora. Al pasar los años, muchos bajaron hasta La Victoria y allí también echaron raíces.
La bienvenida la da un hermoso Tren, realizado con troncos de madera y el nombre del parque.

¡Bastó con apenas entrar y me sentí maravillada! A mano izquierda una mesa pintada como una Mariquita con sus tronquitos.

Hay dos Sube y Baja, que llamaron mi atención, pues son totalmente seguros. Y los colores armonizan con el paisaje.

Hasta allí todo normal, pero salió a relucir la niña que está dentro de mí y no perdí oportunidad para subirme al Carro hecho de madera, parecido al Troncomóvil de Los Picapiedra.

Luego, subí a una especia de Casita, donde los niños se introducen en el cilindro y como si fuese un tobogán caen en el piso. ¡No lo hice! ¡Ja ja ja ja ja! Aunque me provocó.
TOBOGÁN
Unos Columpios al lado de la casita, invitaban a mecerse. Solo me senté para la foto, pues este parque es para niños de verdad; no de espíritu.

Noté, que había un Caballo o Burro, y justo al lado unos cerditos. Ya mi amigo estaba sobre el animal y se ganó su foto. Yo quedé entre los Cerditos.

Hay unas Piedras Pintadas y sobre cada una de ella un número, donde el niño puede seguir la secuencia o el guía plantearle ejercicios matemáticos, según la edad del infante.

Árboles frutales (una mata de mango), un Cují y otro que no reconozco por el nombre son elementos que además de la sombra están acorde con la propuesta.

La Talanquera usada como medida de precaución para que los niños no lleguen hasta la carretera y por supuesto aparezco señalando la ruta de la vía.

¿Yo? Emocionada y feliz, pues como educadora me parece genial que desde temprana edad se les eduque a los niños en la importancia de la naturaleza y el uso que se le puede dar a los recursos que ella nos ofrece.
ME ENCANTA ESTA PALMA
Olvidaba decirles que cuenta con dos sanitarios, limpios y muy bien cuidados. Uno para niñas y el otro par niños.
Salí de allí maravillada, encantada y sonriendo como una niña feliz… El objetivo de mi amigo se logró: verme reír y sintiendo una alegría que ni sé cómo explicarla. A él ¡Mil gracias! Pues la aflicción que me había acompañado durante la semana, se esfumó.

Al salir, me percato de la existencia de un árbol donde hay carteles con palabras positivas, alentadoras, dirigidas a padres o representantes y a aquellos niños que saben leer. Pero, hay un error ortográfico por allí que me causó ruido apenas lo vi.

El otro aspecto que me llamó la atención es que nadie se nos acercó para contarnos de ese magnífico y ejemplar proyecto. ¡Quizás porque éramos solo dos adultos y no teníamos niños con nosotros!
De verdad que aplaudo esta iniciativa de unir el aspecto recreativo orientado a un fin último: VALORAR Y QUERER A LA NATURALEZA y además ejercitar el cerebro de los niños mediante los juegos.
Recomiendo ampliamente La Mislera para que lleven a sus hijos, sobrinos, nietos o a un curso completo de niños para que vivan una nueva experiencia donde el aire fresco de la montaña, los árboles, frutos y flores, los llenarán de Valores y tendrán un hermoso recuerdo del contacto con un ambiente diferente al de la ciudad.
