Greetings everyone!
Ecology conservation is super important because it helps us take care of our planet. Earth has been harmed by what people do, so it's crucial we fix it. When we conserve ecology, we protect plants, animals, and natural places. It's like giving Earth a big hug and saying, "We care about you!" When we mess with nature, bad things happen, like animals losing homes or plants disappearing. But when we take care of nature, everything stays balanced and healthy. We can do simple things like recycling, not wasting water, and planting trees. These little actions add up to a big difference. Imagine a world where animals roam freely and forests are lush and green. That's the world we want to create through ecology conservation.
But, did you know that only a small percentage of people living on Earth know the value of ecology conservation?
If you take a walk to the villages, I mean typical rural areas, they don't care what's happening. They're mostly in charge of the areas where these natural beings are abundant, but they treat it badly because they don't know the value.
Taking an example from my village at home, every drought season, bushes still burn, and it's a normal practice. Anytime it is the dry season, my dad would make sure that we clear the dry leaves/grasses surrounding our farm between the bushes. It's a big task because we would do that around the farm on a large scale because we know that if we don't do that, then the fires coming from the bushes are going to enter our farms and burn every plant in the farm.
I've asked many times, why is bush burning unavoidable even when they know that these fires go on to destroy plants in the farm? People would say it's the hunters inside the bush burning the bush all in the way to catch a lot of animals, and it gets me sick hearing that because the whole lot of stressful work of clearing the boundaries of our farm from the bush is all because of them.
Sometimes, people say bush burning in the dry season just happens even without anyone aiding it. How? They said fire just happens with the intense sunlight. I was doubting this, maybe I'm still doubting it, but there was a clip I watched some time ago on how fire can be generated with sunlight via a glass collecting its rays and pointing it at some dry hales of grasses in the bush. Maybe it's possible, but if that's the case, there are no mirrors/glasses in the bushes.
The work is on us:
We all have the responsibility to preach ecology conservation to the people. Those hunters in the villages that derive pleasure from burning bushes all in the name of hunting need to know that it's never the right way. They're weakening our dear earth, they're harming even the livelihood of the people around them by destroying their farmland. It's so bad!
