May each failure be emotional enough, so that that same emotion drives you to truly achieve the success you so desire.
The ability to endure adversity, cope with frustrations, maintain discipline despite all the things going wrong, is precisely what is called resilience, but it is not an empty concept but rather from a way of obtaining success.
You don't get to achieve your goals if you didn't fail miserably before to achieve it, that's what I call "Motivation".
Understanding this is crucial, especially when we are living in times where it seems that easy is what we want, where the absence of talent is given awards and magazine covers, and where easy fortune is the dream of everyone who wants to succeed.
Times have changed, but not so much, to be successful you keep suffering until you get to have it. That hasn't changed and fortunately resilience, makes an appearance.
Throughout my professional career, I have failed many times at work, and I have even experienced the worst of failures, which is exactly to be on the top of success and start to fall. As you well know, it's one thing to have nothing and get to have everything, and suddenly, lose everything. That fall hurts, frustrates, and I know the strongest people, think about giving up. Not me, and not many like me either.
That is the example that I want to highlight so that you who are reading this, understand that the fundamental message to receive is that you are not left with the frustration of failure, but that that feeling serves you to have the necessary strength to achieve the success you want in your life.
Some people feel frustration with failure at all levels, personal, loving, work, family, and it is normal to fail, we are not perfect, and many people with me including learn more from failures, is my case, for example. Today I don't see failure as failure, I see it as part of all my growth processes.
I consider that I am good at what I do, and without a doubt everything I have done, I have not achieved it alone, with the help of the strength and serenity that I often feel that I am losing is still present in me, it is good to remember that successes do not come out alone and are not the works of chance but of effort, perseverance and resilience 🙌
Life itself is not linear, if you don't "fail" there is no learning., nor advance. We have to learn to handle defeats.
Although life shakes me up many times, I overdo any adverse situation, to keep the most important thing in me, the strength I have to overcome any obstacle, and emerge with a new and better version. I am definitely responsible for my fate.
