Get off that cloud ...

You live, you keep going despite the problems.

Of course we have to have problems, we can't pretend a life without difficulties, besides difficulties are part of this life that we have currently, at this moment.

In the same way that problems come, you learn to live with that, because we can't live a life without difficulties, without problems, that's impossible.

What if we can do, is to analyze the size, that is, how big the problem or problems are and if they are solvable, it is best to take action to start that path of alternatives, opportunities to fix them and if it cannot be done in this way, then take action towards the acceptance and surrender of that which we cannot change and continue to move forward living.

I talk about this because many times we get recurring thoughts that really have nothing to do with reality. We cannot prevent intrusive thoughts from coming with problems, but we can prevent them from controlling us.

And when I refer to intrusive thoughts, I mean those annoying ideas that arrive uninvited. It's those ideas that turn into those problems as if they fell from the sky to us without warning. We don't want those problems loaded with multiple difficulties, but there, they are, turning around more than a dog before lying down and staying stuck in our head.

Problems and difficulties are like that uncomfortable guest who doesn't want to leave your house and ends up generating too much anxiety in us. To the point of becoming obsessed with them, we analyze them, reject them, and the more we do, the stronger they become. They come from nowhere, but they stir up everything, life itself uffff.

The worst of all is that they seem to have a life of their own, as if we can't control them, but that doesn't mean we should let them dominate us.

Problems are normal, they are part of everyday life, you just have to know how to deal with them, and when they get out of control there are many times that seeking help from our family network, friends, going to therapy, is the best way to overcome them.

Understanding the problem helps us a lot to get on the way to the solution.

If we do not do it, when we already feel that the difficulty is getting out of hand, anxiety arrives that DOES NOT stop, on the contrary, it is affecting all areas of our life.

We become prisoners of anxiety because of intrusive thoughts, we remain in inaction, stuck in the problem without any meaning.

Anxiety has to be stopped.

Because the problem is when the thoughts that come to us over and over again, are irrational, have no basis of reality and we are filled with anguish.

Seeking help is the most sensible way to solve it. I subscribe to what is written in this post, because when we identify and accept the problem we put ourselves on the way to the solution, so as not to make our (mental health) sick by these scenarios that we often create in our head.
