I understand you, I don't like to be recorded either, in my case nothing comes naturally to me in front of an observer, even if it's a camera that I set up to record.
Sometimes I try to dance to the rhythm of the music by myself, but it doesn't work either, I simply don't know how to do it, but at least I have fun while practicing.
