En Venezuela no hay celebración del día de los caídos, sin embargo se celebran otras fechas patrias que tienen que ver con las luchas por la independencia del país. En las escuelas se realizan actos para conmemorarlos y en las principales plazas del país se llevan arreglos florales y se hacen discursos.
Por los héroes caídos en estas cruentas luchas en mi ciudad, existe unas ruinas de un convento que protegió a los habitantes de la ciudad de Barcelona, allí murieron muchos ciudadanos defendiendo la ciudad.
