As an adult, stress is part of our everyday not because of our age but because we have so many things in our heads, so much bills to pay and all. A lot of those things can drain us and make us mentally stressed.
One major thing that makes me more stressed is that there are sometimes when I need to carry out a project and I don’t have enough money to carry out the project. Trying to source for the money makes me stressed a lot.
Being stressed is normal but not doing anything to eradicate the stress may be bad.
There are so many things I do to ease my stress like sleep, listen to music, play games and so much more but it depends on how stressed I am and what I feel will kill that stress but no matter how stressed l am, one thing that can eradicate the stress is sleep.
Sleep
Sleep works for me very well and when I’m stressed, the only thing I always like to do is sleep. There are also times when I won’t be able to sleep but I always want to make sure that I force myself to sleep but I’m always making sure that I try to sleep.

When I’m stressed, I’m always having headache but when I sleep and wake up, the headache reduces so that’s the fastest way that I can easy my stress.
Also, I can’t just sleep in an environment that is not conducive all because I want to ease my stress. I always make sure that I am comfortable in my sleeping position and even where I’m sleeping.
Sleep works well for me when I’m stressed and once I wake up, the stress disappears.
I have other stress remedies like music, sitting by the beach, having a wonderful view but out of all, sleep works for me more.
