Everything you say is so true. For my part, what helps me in difficult times are outdoor walks. Especially if the weather's nice. It doesn't matter if it's hot or cold, but it's got to be sunny.

Outdoor walks can have an incredible impact on our mental well-being. Even a short getaway in nature can make a big difference.

Oh yes! Taking walks in nature is very therapeutic. I do that a lot. Short getaways soun good as well. Once we discover what works well for us, we should engage in that to speed up our inner healing experience.
