While the #Ecency Chat does not publish on the Hive blockchain, it is faster (much faster than the 3-second block time on Hive), mutable (in case you want to delete your sent messages), and does not cost Resource Credits (which new Hive accounts would lack). π€ It still uses the Hive blockchain for authenticating the Hive user sending and receiving messages. π
