That's wondering to hear, @borniet! I love language, and languages, so any that I learn or know, I want to use with excellence. English is a huge language, with so many nuanced ways to say things, biased as it is, as all languages are, in certain areas of life over others. I love a back-and-forth of learning! Same here, I love languages, and love learning new languages as well. I don’t speak as many as fluent as I want yet, but working on that :-)
Yes indeed, English is quite a huge language, it’s about 2-3 times as big as Dutch, vocabulary wise. And funny enough, sometimes there are different words in Dutch that all have only one corresponding word in English. But as you say, biased in certain areas of life…
