I thought both seasons of invasion were great. The kids crying all the time was the only thing that annoyed me. Everything else was pretty interesting. Learning the mystery of how everything is connected keeps me watching.

There is something keeping me watching. I like abit more the mystery starting near the end of the first series and will start season 2 to see how it plays out. But, there are some serious cringeworthy scenes that arent so polished.
I'm willing to suspend belief a bit when a show covers subject matter like this, so the CGI and stuff like that doesn't bug me quite so much. Season 2 goes in a quite different direction.
Yeah, the last episode peaked my interest in where it will go, as the first season was a little hard to believe, but still fun in places.
