I've never seen nori prepared that way. Fascinating. What else is in the taco part that gives it that color? I'm glad that they were tasty. I was introduced to ceviche when I lived in Costa Rica. It's a great way to prepare fish or seafood. Thanks for sharing your food adventure. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

The ceviche is a perfect complement to these Nori tacos. The way to make them crispy is by making a Tempura, a very thin and crispy batter from Japanese food.
