Doesn't everything with soup always help you eat faster? Well, I always feel that soupy foods have special qualities that are worth preparing. Facilitating digestion even has its own charm when I enjoy the food.
This time I prepared my favorite soup, which if I want to eat meatballs I always prepare this soup for lunch at home. Meatball soup combined with shrimp, as well as several vegetables such as cauliflower, carrots and potatoes. This soup begins with a simple stir-fry of ground spices, namely a mixture of garlic, shallots, pepper and candlenuts. So, I set the level of spiciness here to standard by adding a few grains of pepper in the ground spices. However, if you want maximum spiciness, please add chili powder or cayenne pepper.
So, here I have prepared how to make my favorite simple soup.
Materials Used
5 prawns
1 carrot
100 grams of cauliflower
1 tomato
1 potato
1 spring onion
Ground Spices
2 Spring onions
1 candlenut
20 peppercorns
1 star anise segment
Cooking Procedure
Blend the ground spices as finely as possible, so that the sauce will be thick and attractive.
Cut and divide the meatballs into several parts so that they are easy to enjoy. You can also do it without splitting it.
Clean the cauliflower, cut the carrots according to taste.
Clean the potatoes, then cut them into several pieces, just chop them roughly.
Cut the spring onions into small pieces, and then cut the tomatoes, now if everything is ready, it's time to cook.
Saute the ground spices with a little cooking oil, then add the shrimp.
Add the meatball pieces, then add a little water.
Then add the carrots then cook until the sauce boils, add the cauliflower and cook until cooked.
Add the potato pieces, then add the spring onions.
Finally, season with salt and mushroom stock, cook again for a minute, don't forget to adjust the taste.
Results
Tara!!! A simple meatball and mix soup is ready to be enjoyed, well the amount you get in one recipe is for two standard sized bowl portions of soup. In my opinion, this is very wort with the ingredients I have at home, very delicious. So glad this bowl of soup wasn't much different from the soup I usually prepare at home. It tastes very refreshing with a combination of ingredients that are available in the refrigerator, but this recipe is still my most favorite.
The combination of the sweet and savory taste of vegetables and the slightly salty taste with the addition of salt is enough to make your appetite whine.
