Well 3 hours of trip it's a bit far but the place I bet it's worth the trip, this place looks so calm and charming, American fried rice looks cool yes when I read the name I figured out too it gave some American inspired seasoning, the portion it's really big and the mix between sauce, chicken and veggies looks super, the egg too surely give more taste, by the way I agree with you trying new dishes it's really great as a foodie lover I'm always in search of nice places and new places and dishes food related.
