The cake look so fluffy and yummy, plantain it's really a useful and versatile ingredient, unfortunately it's so hard find it in Italy.

Plantains are used to make a multitude of recipes, both sweet and savory. It's too bad that you can't buy plantains there, maybe in a specialized store or market you can get them.

I know there is an African shop tha selll it but it's in Florence center and it's quite, but i hope one day i can try it ❤️
