Mexican food in a pretty restaurant

I hope you're all having a fantastic day. Today, I wanted to share a delightful experience I had with my girlfriend on Sunday night. We ventured out for a much-needed date night, craving some authentic Mexican food. Thankfully, some friends had recently recommended a hidden gem in our city called Plaza Real, raving about their delicious dishes at reasonable prices.

Plaza Real instantly charmed us. The decor struck a delightful balance between elegance and whimsy. Think colorful accents, comfortable seating, and tasteful arrangements that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was just as impressive. They were attentive and friendly, making us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our entire visit.

Obviously I took me a couple of photos in the restaurant mirror so you could see how I was dressed, I felt pretty that night hahaha.

Now, let's get to the main event: the food! We decided to share a portion of their nachos to start. The chips were perfectly crisp, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese sauce was out-of-this-world. It was the kind of appetizer that sets the bar high for the rest of the meal.

For our main course, we opted for the chicken flautas. These crispy delights were filled with tender, juicy chicken and smothered in a flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of kick. Every bite was a symphony of textures and tastes, leaving us wanting more. Describing it as "delicious" simply wouldn't do it justice.

The best part? Our entire feast, including drinks, came to a mere $15 for both of us! It was an incredible deal for the quality and quantity of food we received.

As we left the restaurant, the night sky was breathtaking. I couldn't resist capturing the beauty of the illuminated lanterns lining the street with a couple of night photos.
