        Hello, great to see you here @macchiata. Yes, these starches are very simple to make, and they are really delicious. They are ideal to accompany a black coffee, since the contrast of flavors of unsweetened coffee and the sweetness of starch is wonderful; and yes, they are ideal for people who follow a gluten-free diet.
