Yum @sirenahippie, your cake looks absolutely delicious, I looove anything with citrus zest! I would never have thought to sprinkle cinnamon on top of the meringue, it's the little touches that count!

        It is common in Venezuelan cuisine to use cinnamon in desserts, and it is also common to sprinkle cinnamon on top of various cakes or sponge cakes that contain meringue. Thank you for your nice comment dear @lizelle
