Sabores para navidad 🍊🧅🎄Flavors for Christmas🍊🧅🎄

A few days ago, I discovered that I can make my own condiments to add extra flavor to food, and the flavors have changed completely.

First, I want to clarify that I am not an expert at doing any of this, so if anyone has a recommendation, I will receive it with all my love.❤️

Dehydrating food is something that has always caught my attention, and it is so exciting every time I use it because I know that they are natural and the flavors are more real.

We start with what we want to dehydrate. In this case, it was head onion, which I separate into layers, finely chop, and distribute without piling up on the airfryer rack so that it can dehydrate very well.

Now, let's go to my airfryer, which is a bit old and repaired, but by a stroke of luck, it works perfectly for dehydrating because it doesn't have a timer, so it's plugged in directly.

I leave it at a temperature of approximately 70°C, which will be enough to dehydrate the onion without burning it. It stays there until it breaks apart when touched. In my case, it was about 6 hours, during which I occasionally let the airfryer rest. Once dehydrated, all that's left is to blend or process it for final use.

I did the same process with orange peel (without the white part). These two flavors together go very well for Christmas recipes, so I hope you'll be encouraged to mix them.🧅🍊🎄
