A few days ago I discovered Nevado's Ice Cream, a place to sweeten our lives that I loved. I love everything about this new place, the design of the place certainly invites you to enter and taste all the temptations they offer. I liked the color palette they used in the decoration, it seemed that the ceiling was a big strawberry and butter ice cream.
Hace días descubrí Nevado´s Ice Cream, un sitio para endulzar nuestra vida que me encantó. Amo todo de este nuevo lugar, el diseño del local sin duda te invita a entrar y degustar todas esas tentaciones que ofrecen. Me gustó la paleta de colores que usaron en la decoración, pareciera que el techo fuese un gran helado de fresa y mantecado.
I think this ice cream shop has the perfect option for you: an endless number of flavors and presentations, so it's sure to be easy to find one that fits your budget. Among the flavors on display I was drawn to the rum raisin, galac (white chocolate) and cocosete (delicious waffle cookie).
My son was sure he wanted strawberry ice cream, so without much thought we indulged him. The first thing I liked was the presentation, because the basket-shaped cookie is more comfortable for children. But the best of all was to feel the real taste of the fruit in every bite. Sometimes, it's hard to surprise you with ice cream. The savory taste of the cream never fails, but sometimes the flavor is just a color. This time, it wasn't, every bite of cream tasted like strawberries and there was a slight banana flavor as well. It was perfect and the chopped strawberries made a wonderful contrast of textures and flavor.
Creo que esta heladería tiene la opción perfecta para ti: un sin fin de sabores y presentaciones, así que seguro es fácil de encontrar una que se ajuste a tu presupuesto. Entre los sabores que estaban en exhibición me llamó la atención el de ron con pasas, galac (chocolate blanco) y cocosete (galleta tipo wafle deliciosa).
Mi hijo estaba seguro de lo que quería un helado de fresa, así que sin pensarlo mucho lo complacimos. Lo primero que me gustó fue la presentación, porque la galleta en forma de cesta es más cómoda para los niños. Pero lo mejor de todo fue sentir el verdadero sabor de la fruta en cada bocado. A veces, es difícil sorprenderte con un helado. El sabroso sabor de la crema nunca falla, pero a veces el sabor es simplemente un color. Esta vez, no fue así, cada bocado de crema sabía a fresa y también se sentía un ligero sabor a banana. Estaba perfecto y las fresas troceadas hacían un contraste maravilloso de texturas y sabor.
I think this ice cream shop climbed to my top 3 on my first visit: good service, variety of desserts and a nice place, ideal to share a different time and sweeten the palate. When I come back I want to try the basket of 10 flavors, because if they are all like the strawberry, I can't miss any of them.
Creo que esta heladería escaló a mi top 3 en la primera visita: buena atención, variedad de postres y un lugar agradable, ideal para compartir un rato diferente y endulzar el paladar. Cuando vuelva quiero probar la cesta de los 10 sabores, porque si todos son como el de fresa, no puedo perderme ninguno.
Do I recommend the place? Yes, everything looks delicious and the strawberry ice cream captivated me.
