another one, not beautiful at all, also only had one fermentation phase (for experimentation), still great tasty bread :D

the dough is crazy even before the first fermentation phase
(I do 3 phases, feed him, 8h fermentation, feed, 4h fermentation, little feed at the outside and make it teachable, easier to handle, 1h wait fermentation, baking)
I often can touch him already and play around even before the first fermentation :0
with the old sourdough (my old one, not as old as the 100yrs old xd) I could only touch it without sticking to my fingers with a lot of flour a the third phase :0
