Even though I don't use a planner, I have a workspace in Trello which has a list of items I want to accomplish every day and I use alarms on my phone to help me remember things that happen multiple times a day. It's pretty much the same checklist every day (I need to get better about planning things that are not in the checklist), but it helps keep me focused on the tasks I want to accomplish each day.
