How do I plan my day. Hmmm.
I don't use a planner like in your pictures.
Since I retired I haven't tried to plan too much. If I need to get something done then it will go onto a notepad/shopping list. Generally just items for the day. Back when I worked for a living I would have a good list and carry items to the next day etc.
