Everyone needs a little bit of encouragement. HSBI does this by giving a small upvote on posts. It encourages new and experienced Hiveians alike to keep contributing content to Hive so it grows. DrawMatic Shares provide a chance for share owners to win a weekly Hive lottery, which can be used to power up the winner's HP! To help with this, I'm running a weekly giveaway of HSBI and DrawMatic Shares!
Anyone who reblogs this post will have their name put into a drawing for a chance to win 5 HSBI. Anyone who doesn't win this drawing is entered into a second drawing to win 3 @DrawMatic Shares.
Anyone can nominate somebody else to be put in a drawing to win 10 HSBI, with the hopes they'll nominate someone newer to Hive who could use the occasional HSBI post upvote as encouragement to keep posting great content on Hive.

Note: I will be checking posting history, how many HSBI units someone already has, etc., to determine if I will include them in the drawing. The goal is to help give a little encouragement to newer Hive members.
