Yesterday our family went on holiday out of town, specifically in the city of Batu. We usually organize holiday trips from family cash. Yes, we usually also hold family gatherings every 2 months and have holiday trips once a year. Before going there, let me tell you a little about my extended family. This is my mother's side of the family, so my mother has 9 siblings. My grandmother and grandfather have passed away. Of these 9 siblings, 2 are men and the remaining 7 are women. There are more women than men. The second and last child is a boy. Incidentally, my mother is the 4th of 9 children.

Our typical family really enjoys getting together and chatting or making cakes and cooking. My extended family name is HLG or Hwa Lin Generation, where the name Hwa Lin is taken from the name of my grandfather, Tan Hwa Lin. Be the name of our big family HLG. Because my mother has many siblings, I also have a lot of cousins. There are a total of 16 of my cousins. And several of my cousins are married and have families. Unfortunately, there is one person who is missing from our family events, she is my mother's oldest child or oldest sister who does not live in our city, Malang, but now lives outside the island, namely Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara or NTT with her husband.
We often travel as a large family, whether on holiday out of town or visiting family far out of town. Our family is known for being close-knit and harmonious and that is very enjoyable.
We planned this big family vacation long ago. So, we went on holiday and stayed overnight in a villa located in the city of Batu, from Malang it takes around 45 minutes or 1 hour by car. Last weekend, Sunday to be precise, we left at noon around 12 o'clock. My husband, son and I took the car straight to Batu villa and met the family there.

We arrived at the Agro Indah Batu villa at exactly 14.00 and we put our luggage in the room. Many people had come there, my aunt and uncle's family had gathered there. We relaxed for a while then we took photos in the villa in the main room.
After the photo session, we had karaoke singing various songs starting from Indonesian songs, dangdut, Mandarin to old songs. Even my uncle and aunt all took turns singing karaoke. After karaoke, we had games. We are divided into 2 groups in this game. Group 1 and group 2. I took part in the games and I was in group 2. Coincidentally, there were many young people in my group, while in group 1, most of the mothers or parents, including my mother, were in group 1. Meanwhile, my older brother was in a group with me.
This is the first games, chopsticks and plastic cups. This is me and my aunt and we were at the same group! ^^
There are 3 games, the first game is chopsticks and plastic cups. So we line up according to our respective groups. Group 1 line and group 2 line. We were told to put the chopsticks in our mouths, then put the chopsticks from our mouths into the plastic cup and give the cup to the person behind us and so on until the plastic cup ran out and we had to be quick, whoever was quick and finished, that group won. This game was very fun because there must be good cooperation and caution. I had no difficulty in this first game and my group won. So for awhile my group 2 was superior.
