I think I made a quick coffee cake recipe with rice flour or oat flower, some salt or no salt maybe - a tiny pinch of salt or none, baking powder(what ever the coffee cake recipe says), brown sugar and less oil than they say or maybe the same amount of oil. I used olive oil instead of the other oil. And I used frozen organic blueberries or frozen regular blueberries. Always take care too... !BBH !CTP
