Good morning, fellow community members of the #hive blockchain and the #silverbloggers community. It is my pleasure to be a part of the community. Specially, I appreciate @ericvancewalton on the #memoirmonday initiative. This post is in response to the #memoirmonday 35 prompt. The link is here here

The question is “Which country would you prefer to live in?” In a simple clear answer, I prefer my country.

I Have Faith In My Country

Things might not look rosy at the moment, but I believe in the future of Nigeria. I believe that this country will become the country of our dream. I believe that we will have leaders who truly love and work for the progress and unity of our dear country. We can make Nigeria great if we try. We can live together in unity and love our brotherhood. I cannot desert Nigeria because of the problems rocking it now. I believe our future as a nation is bright.

A Country Rich With Natural Resources

A country that is so blessed with divers and numerous natural resources is a rich country for one to live. Nigeria is such a blessed nation. It has various natural resources. It is one of the largest producers of crude oil in the world. We are blessed and as a people, we are blessed to be Nigerians. God has deposited many mineral resources in Nigeria which are capable of turning it into one of the richest countries in the world.

Our Teaming Population Of Youths

My country is blessed with a high population. This population is some sense poses a problem to analysts. But looking at it from another angle, I have come to appreciate the various potentials buried in this population. Nigeria is one of the countries with highly talented and resourceful personalities. We are blessed with creative and resourceful youths in every sector.

In many countries of the world, most of the big names in sports and other fields can be traced to Nigeria. We have our young men doing marvelously well in various sporting activities. So, belonging to such a country is nothing but a blessing.

A Good Climatic Conditions

I might not know how to explain this but I do understand that we have good climatic weather conditions in Nigeria. Since I was born till now, I have discovered that our weather conditions are good abd excellent. We scarcely fall sick because of bad unfavorable weather. (In fact many of my people live carelessly and still survive without ailments.) Our amenities are not very good (due to corrupt government practices) yet people are still living healthy and strong. So, we are blessed with good weather conditions in Nigeria.

So, can you see why I prefer continuing my life in my country? I have a blessed country and there's no need looking for greener pastures outside 😊.

I love Nigeria very much as well but presently, I won't mind finding a greener pasture in a more advanced country.

Good luck and I hope your dream comes true here in Nigeria.

I can tell you really love your country, and it's nice. In my case, I was also very proud of my country (Venezuela), but the living situation became so impossible that I had to emigrate. However, I keep thinking that we were also blessed with so many natural wonders.
