Luego de mi gran mudanza, ahora quiero ir adquiriendo algunos implementos para mi nuevo hogar, así que para comprar una nueva tv, decidí, hacer una comparación de modelo y precios que se acomoden a mi presupuesto familiar entre Dakar y Multimax, porque ambos tienen promoción de oferta, así que les contaré como mi gran sueño se convirtió en una pesadilla.
No solo voy a dar mi punto de vista acerca de los precios, sino de la atención,
DAKA
Aunque estaba colapsado el estacionamiento, pude conseguir un puesto apenas ingresé lo cual fue un punto, además quedé muy cerca de la entrada.
Habían varios modelos de Smartv de 32 pulgadas que es lo que más se ajusta a mi presupuesto, los cuales están entre 110 y 120 dólares.
De inmediato me abordo un empleado y me dió la orientación necesaria entre ambos modelos de televisores.

Cuando por fin llegué me atendió un joven y me tomo una pre compra manual, además me recomendó tomar la tv, para que luego me dirija a montar una prefactura, para luego hacer otra cola para pagar y finalizar una para la revisión, pero lo increíble de contar es que eran tres grandes y gigantescas colas, a lo cual no me rendí.
Escogí una base para montar el Tv de manera aérea, mientras iba corriendo la primera cola para la pre compra a través del sistema, hasta allí todo era color rosa, cuando ingresaron el código del televisor, me dijeron que no estaba en el sistema, y que aunque era la una del medio día debería esperar que fueran las cinco de la tarde para que liberen el código del televisor.
Esperar un par de horas no era el real problema, pues me iba a encontrar con @kreuter2022 y su familia, así juntos íbamos a pasar un buen rato juntos, pero allí empezó la pesadilla, no había posibilidad de que me resolvieran lo del tv, además que vino un empleado a quererme quitar el aparato para dárselo a otra persona porque según su apreciación debía dárselo a otra persona que tenía factura, así que yo con casi cinco horas solo estaba perdiendo mi tiempo y por último que lo lamentaba.
Yo por mi parte, muy triste, ví como kreuter se movió por varios lados, hablo y busco la manera de resolver, que bueno que pudo ayudarme, porque de no haber estado allí hubiéramos llegado a las doce de la noche sin obtener una respuesta satisfactoria.
Ya los niños cansados, pensé en rendirme, pero ya era un punto de honor, así que de una manera convincente decidimos abrir un live para contar lo que vivíamos en Multimax, pero al parecer como arte de magia se resolvió a media, porque con la compra del tv venía una tablet de dibujo, la cual no pudieron darla a estas tres compradoras, porque ya se habían agotado, pero al menos nos llevamos el premio mayor que es nuestro Smartv.
Así que a pesar que hubo aportes positivos, hubo una contraparte negativa, la cual fue que si bien el precio era accesible, la molestia no compensaba todo el mal rato, ya que no debemos naturalizar este tipo de torturas.
