Esp/Eng Reparando Cargador de Laptop/Repairing Laptop Charger

Saludos comunidad hace poco mi primo me contacto para ayudarle a reparar un cargador que tenia de una laptop Dell el cargador ya había sido reparado anteriormente pero nuevamente se dañó, se desprendió el cable de carga de energía anteriormente solo le habían colocado una soldadura con estaño al parecer se rompió el cable quedo mas corto de lo normal sinceramente yo note que apenas estaba la punta del cable esta conexión esta algo difícil y decidí comenzar a pelar con un exacto para descubrir lo más posible el cable para unirlo con la soldadura de estaño.

Greetings community, recently my cousin contacted me to help him repair a charger he had for a Dell laptop. The charger had already been repaired before but it got damaged again. The power cable had disconnected; previously, only a soldering with tin had been applied. It seems that the cable broke, leaving it shorter than normal. I noticed that only the tip of the cable was barely visible. This connection was quite tricky, so I decided to start peeling the cable as much as possible with a craft knife to join it with the soldering.

Como pueden ver el cable apenas y se nota decidí añadir otro trozó de cable busqué en una fuente de poder que tenia dañada para usar un pedazo de ese cable que tenia el gruesor indicado a mi parecer, normalmente las fuentes de poder para pc manejan una cantidad de flujo de corriente similar a las laptops me pareció una excelente solución.

As you can see, the cable was barely noticeable, so I decided to add another piece of cable. I searched in a damaged power supply unit to use a piece of cable with the appropriate thickness in my opinion. Power supply units for PCs typically handle a similar amount of current flow to laptops, so I thought this would be an excellent solution.

Comencé a unir el trozó de cable al cargador y le aplique una soldadura con estaño para fijar, fue bastante incomodo trabajar el espacio era muy pequeño mi pistola de estaño tiene la punta muy gruesa, siendo sincero aplicar esta soldadura fue el paso más difícil del proceso de reparación, pero lo logre el cargado quedo excelente, funcionando a la perfección no digo que como nuevo porque le falta un pedazo bastante importante de esa punta el cable lo cubrí con teipe, no tenía termo encogible a la mano y luego se recubrió con silicona para proteger el cable. My soldering gun had a very thick tip, and to be honest, applying this solder was the most difficult step in the repair process. However, I succeeded in fixing the charger, and it's working perfectly. I wouldn't say it's as good as new because it's missing a significant piece of the tip. I covered the cable with tape since I didn't have heat shrink tubing on hand, and then coated it with silicone to protect the cable.
