Training for the highlands
In May we have to walk 80 kilometers in 4 days in the Scottish Highlands, so we have to get some kilometers in the legs, to get in shape.
So, this morning a nice sharp and fast 8 kilometer walk to get the blood flow going, served us very well!
Oh, and posting it on Actifit doesn’t work as the yesterday function always crashes for me.
