First off, I've never been a fan of sports and it is for the obvious reason, sport activities seem too stressful and I always feel like I'm not cut out for that stress. Right from when I was little, I would always opt for the easy games mostly indoors as I watch a lot of my mates play football, basketball and other outdoor games.
Surprisingly, I was never jealous of them being good at it or having fun in it. I just felt contented with the fact that I don't know how to play those kinds of games and very comfortable with my indoor games like scrabble, ludo and a few others.
It wasn't until I went for a 21-days orientation camp, I felt a spark for an outdoor game which I had never tried to play before. I still don't know how I got interested but somehow, I joined the volleyball team and it's been an amazing choice for me till this very moment.
Volleyball game is quite easy to learn but not so easy to learn the tricks and master winning moves. But in all, it's a very fun game like I could feel my heart leaping with joy whenever I play a good game. Winning may have been the goal but the fun in it was never expected, I just find myself loving it more anytime I get the chance to play.
My volleyball team mates were amazing in helping me learn alongside with them and we got on different matches until the final to win the first place. The practices, the struggles, the sacrifices and even the quarrels among us made us stronger and today, I look back to smile that I have indeed tried out something that made me happy amongst the many others.
The pictures I shared are from my time in playing the volleyball game with my team during my orientation camping in a state I had never visited before. The experience was amazing and worth sharing on my blog for the future.
Going forward, I'd love to keep playing this game in anyway I can get the chance. I have found love in it and I want to keep it alive. While others say I could go professional with it, I think I love it for the fun of it and nothing too serious about it.
So tell me, have you played the volleyball game before? What's your experience like with it?
