Hola amigos de @hivefood feliz sabado, espero que hoy tengan bonitos planes, hoy quiero contarles un poco de como fue que pude matar mi antojo de comer pasticho 😍 tenia MESES queriendo hacerlo, y obviamente siempre habian otras prioridades, y los costos y todo lo demas, pero en vista de que hoy es mi cumpleaños, ayer mi esposo decidio complacerme con este delicioso pasticho😍
Hello friends of @hivefood happy saturday, I hope you have nice plans today, today I want to tell you a little bit about how I was able to kill my craving for pasticho 😍 I had been wanting to do it for MONTHS, and obviously there were always other priorities, and the costs and everything else, but since today is my birthday, yesterday my husband decided to please me with this delicious pasticho😍.
Obvio no podia ser perfecto al punto de que lo hiciera el jajaja me tocó hacerlo a mi, pero yo disfruté demasiado del proceso, tenia la bica hecha agua imaginandome el sabor jajaja y obviamente para un buen pasticho la carne es LA BASE de todo, asi que mientras la cocinaba solo me imaginaba a mi mamá "el secreto de un buen pasticho es una deliciosa carne" y no es por nada pero a mi me quedo DIVINA😍😍
Obviously it couldn't be perfect to the point that he had to do it hahaha I had to do it myself, but I enjoyed the process too much, I had my mouth watering imagining the taste hahaha and obviously for a good pasticho the meat is THE BASE of everything, so while cooking it I just imagined my mom "the secret of a good pasticho is a delicious meat" and not for nothing but it was DIVINE😍😍😍 for me.
Luego me tocó hacer la bechamel, y aqui si cometí un error porque hice poco y me quedé corta luego en el armado, lo mismo que con la pasta, yo compre por primera vez una que decia "directo al horno" simplemente para evitar el paso de cocinarlas, pero al ser la primera vez no tenia idea de cuanto tiempo debia durar en el horno el pasticho, pero gracias a ChatGPT pude saber que era de 30-45min jajaja asi que procedí a armar mi pasticho, fueron 4 capas en una bandeja mediana, pude haberlo hecho mas grande pero por falta de bechamel y pasta no pude :c
Then I had to make the bechamel, and here if I made a mistake because I did little and I was short then in the armed, the same as with the pasta, I bought for the first time one that said "straight to the oven" simply to avoid the step of cooking them, but being the first time I had no idea how long it should last in the oven pasticho. I had no idea how long the pasticho should last in the oven, but thanks to ChatGPT I knew that it was 30-45min hahaha so I proceeded to assemble my pasticho, there were 4 layers in a medium tray, I could have made it bigger but for lack of bechamel and pasta I couldn't :c
Pero bueno luego de 20min levanté el papel de aluminio para ver como iba y ya lucia rico 🥰 asi que lo dejé unos 10 minutos mas y los ultimos 15 minutos fueron sin papel de aluminio y asi quedó👇👇
But after 20 minutes I lifted the aluminum foil to see how it was doing and it looked good 🥰 so I left it for another 10 minutes and the last 15 minutes were without aluminum foil and this is how it looked👇👇👇
De verdad puedo decirles que quedó DELICIOSO 😍🤤 me comí todo ese pedazo de la foto jajaja acompañado con dos rodajas de pan con perejil y mantequilla 🤤 una delicia digna de un adelante de cumpleaños jeje hoy celebro mis 32 primaveras y puedo decir que estoy feliz de haberme matado mi antojo 😍 Espero haberlo antojado con mi pasticho y que puedan comerse uno rico pronto tambien💕💕
I can truly tell you that it was DELICIOUS 😍🤤 I ate that whole piece in the picture hahaha accompanied with two slices of bread with parsley and butter 🤤 a delight worthy of a birthday treat hehe today I celebrate my 32nd birthday and I can say that I am happy to have killed my craving 😍 I hope I have craved it with my pasticho and that you can eat a delicious one soon too💕💕💕
