Muy Buenas noches amigos de hive food hoy les traigo una deliciosa ensalada de pollo.
Esta rica ensalada de pollo es una de las preferidas de mi esposita @chironga67 ella siempre me dice que se la prepare , hoy fue un día de esos , ya que hicimos mercado y teníamos todos los ingredientes para hacerla.

This delicious chicken salad is one of the favorites of my wife @chironga67 she always tells me to prepare it, today was one of those days, since we did market and we had all the ingredients to make it.
2 papas pequeñas
1 zanahoria
1 cebolla morada
Unas ramitas de cilantro
Sal
Mayonesa
150 gramos de pollo desmenusado
Pimienta ( opcional)
Agua cantidad necesaria.
2 small potatoes .
1 carrot
1 red onion
A few sprigs of cilantro
Salt
Mayonnaise

PREPARACIÓN//PREPARATION
Empeze mi preparación lavando bien la zanahoria y las papas con agua antes de colocarlas en la candela para quitarle las impuresas que pudieran tener, después de ya estar bien lavadas las coloque en una olla en la candela con suficiente agua y las tape para sancocharlas durante 30 minutos aproximadamente, eso depende de la cocina de cada quien puede ser más o menos tiempo.
I started my preparation by washing the carrots and potatoes well with water before placing them in the candle to remove any impurities they may have, after being well washed I placed them in a pot in the candle with enough water and covered them to parboil them for about 30 minutes, it depends on the kitchen of each person can be more or less time.
Luego de igual forma lave la cebolla y las ramitas de cilantro y los pique en pedacitos pequeños,los reserve hasta que se aflojaran los demás ingredientes.
Una vez sancochadas las papas y la zanahoria les bote el agua y deje que se enfriaran para luego retirarle las conchas y picarlas en cuadritos.
Then wash the onion and the cilantro sprigs and chop them into small pieces, set them aside until the rest of the ingredients are loosened.
Once the potatoes and carrots are boiled, drain the water and let them cool down and then remove the shells and chop them into small squares.
Coloque las papas y zanahoria junto con la cebolla y el cilantro en un recipiente.
Place the potatoes and carrots along with the onion and cilantro in a bowl.
Después le agregue el pollo desmenusado y la sal, mezcle bien, por último le agregue 2 cucharadas de mayonesa ( si es su gusto le pueden echar más mayonesa o si le gusta sin mayonesa la pueden dejar asi) también le puse un poquito de pimienta ya que a mi esposa le gusta así.

Mezcle bien todos los ingredientes,rectifique el sabor y listo ya esta hecha nuestra rica ensalada de pollo Si ustedes prefieren también le pueden hechar vainita , pimentón, aceitunas ect.
Esta ensalada se puede acompañar con arepa , arroz , espagueti, en nuestro caso la acompañamos con pan francés.
Mix all the ingredients well, adjust the flavor and ready, our delicious chicken salad is ready. If you prefer, you can also add some vanilla, paprika, olives, etc.
This salad can be served with arepa, rice, spaghetti, in our case we served it with French bread.
