Hola amigos de Hive Food paso por aqui para contarles mi experiencia haciendo chicharrón de cochino.Hoy me acorde que tenia en el frizer un pedacito de pellejo de cochino y me quise dar un gustico con unos ricos chicharrones.asi que paso a los ingredientes y al paso a paso.

Hello friends of Hive Food I'm here to tell you about my experience making chicharrón de cochino. today I remembered that I had a little piece of pork skin in the frizer and I wanted to give myself a treat with some delicious chicharrones. so I'll go through the ingredients and the step by step.

CHICHARRÓN DE COCHINO//PORK CRACKLING

INGREDIENTES//INGREDIENTS

*Pellejo de cochino//Pig skin

*Sal//Salt

*Agua//water

PASO A PASO//STEP BY STEP.

Lo primero que hice fue poner a descongelarlo. una vez descongelado lo pique en pedacitos pequeños y los coloque en una olla con suficiente agua para sancocharlos y así afojarlo. Dejenme contarles que yo nunca había tratado de hacer chicharrón de cochino así que pregunte y una persona me dijo como hacerlos.

The first thing I did was to thaw it. Once thawed, I chopped it into small pieces and put them in a pot with enough water to parboil them and thus soften them. Let me tell you that I had never tried to make chicharrón de cochino before so I asked around and someone told me how to make it.

Siguiendo las instrucciones que me habían dado los coloque en la candela y los iba revisando hasta que los puye con un tenedor ( después de casi 2 horas ) y note que ya estaban flojos , los saque de el agua los escurri un poco y los coloque en un sartén.

Following the instructions I had been given, I placed them in the candle and checked them until I pierced them with a fork (after almost 2 hours) and noticed that they were already loose, I took them out of the water, drained them a little and placed them in a frying pan.

Les agregue un poco de sal y los tape a fuego lento. Al rato de colocarlos al fuego comenzaron a hacer explosiones y tenía que quitarlos de la candela para poder darles vuelta
Como a los quince minutos ya los chicharrones se estaban poniendo doraditos y más o menos a la media hora estaban listos, los apague saque de el sartén y probe un pedacito y estaban flojitos y deliciosos.

I added a little salt and covered them over low heat. After placing them on the fire, they began to explode and I had to take them out of the fire to turn them over.

After about fifteen minutes the chicharrones were getting golden brown and after about half an hour they were ready, I turned them off, took them out of the pan and tasted a little piece and they were loose and delicious.

Yo le dije a mi esposa voy a hacer una arepa para comermelosmisa ni romperlos con los dientes, triste pero así fue no pude comerlos y bueno termine friendo un rico huevo para comerme la arepa,aunque no me salio bien quise compartir esta experiencia con ustedes para que no les suceda lo mismo.

I told my wife I am going to make an arepa to eat them without breaking them with my teeth, sad but I could not eat them and well I ended up frying a delicious egg to eat the arepa, although it did not turn out well I wanted to share this experience with you so that the same thing does not happen to you.
