Es mi primera vez en esta comunidad y quiero compartir con ustedes que recientemente, decidí salir del mismo ambiente, quería algo distinto, quizá mover mi brújula, escapar de la ruta que me había aprendido de memoria, así que me plantee tomar un nuevo rumbo, donde vibrara con algo nuevo.

En mi lugar favorito de comida rápida, podía sentarme a pedir sin siquiera mirar el menú, todo lo sabía de memoria, incluso los sabores de la reducción de la salsa dulce a base de whiskey que es mi favorita. A pesar de que aquí me sentía cómoda, quería respirar nuevo aire, quizá enamorarme de la sazón de un nuevo chef.

Así que fui a un restaurante nuevo, que me permitiera saborear algo chispeante de sabor, que me hiciera degustar la carne con novedosos ingredientes, más texturas, olores particulares que me hicieran esbozar una sonrisa, quizá puedo estar romanizando estas líneas, pero, dicen que la comida es uno de los grandes placeres de la vida y yo lo creo.

Y sí, la rutina de ir a comer la misma hamburguesa por mucho tiempo me brindó una sensación de control y tranquilidad porque ya todo era conocido para mí. Sin embargo, esta zona de confort, como una hamburguesa sin aderezos, puede resultar monótona e insípida a la larga.

Así que me fui a Rafa`s Casual Food a probar una de las opciones de hamburguesas del Burger Máster: My Way, una hamburguesa especial para este concurso elaborada con un pan tipo pretzel, carne, porción de queso aliñado, queso amarillo tipo americano, caramelo de chistorras con cebollas glaseadas y cerveza negra, pepinillos, un toque de chipotle, todo servido en una cama de cotufas que fueron el toque fresco y divertido del momento.

La vida, como una hamburguesa bien elaborada, nos ofrece una explosión de sabores: la dulzura de los éxitos, la acidez de los fracasos, el picante de las emociones intensas, pero, muchos de nosotros nos aferramos a la comodidad de un solo sabor, a la seguridad de la zona de confort, limitando nuestro paladar y nuestra experiencia vital a un solo cuadro, sin posibilidad de mirar más allá.

Al igual que una hamburguesa sin sal pierde su sabor, la vida sin desafíos se vuelve aburrida y carente de crecimiento. La zona de confort nos protege del riesgo, pero también nos limita a experimentar todo lo que tiene para ofrecer. Es como quedarse en el mismo restaurante todos los días, perdiendo la oportunidad de probar nuevas gastronomías y sabores exóticos.

Salir de la zona de confort, por otro lado, es como aventurarse a probar una hamburguesa con una combinación de ingredientes inesperados. Puede ser picante con chipotle, agria, dulce o crocante, pero sin duda será una experiencia memorable. Es enfrentar nuestros miedos, asumir nuevos retos, explorar nuevas oportunidades y expandir nuestros horizontes.

En definitiva, la vida no se trata de permanecer en un solo lugar, sino de disfrutar de la variedad de sabores que ofrece. Es salir a explorar, a probar cosas nuevas, a experimentar y a aprender. Es vivir con intensidad, con pasión y con la certeza de que cada paso fuera de la zona de confort nos acerca a la mejor versión de nosotros mismos.

This is my first time in this community and I want to share with you that recently, I decided to leave the same environment, I wanted something different, maybe move my compass, escape from the route that I had learned by heart, so I decided to take a new direction, where I would vibrate with something new.

At my favorite fast food place, I could sit down and order without even looking at the menu, I knew everything by heart, even the flavors of the whiskey-based sweet sauce reduction that is my favorite. Even though I felt comfortable here, I wanted to breathe new air, maybe fall in love with the seasoning of a new chef.

So I went to a new restaurant that would allow me to taste something sparkling with flavor, that would make me taste the meat with new ingredients, more textures, particular smells that would make me smile, maybe I am romanticizing these lines, but, they say that food is one of the great pleasures of life and I believe it.

And yes, the routine of going to eat the same burger for a long time gave me a sense of control and peace of mind because everything was already familiar to me. However, this comfort zone, like a burger without toppings, can become monotonous and tasteless in the long run.

So I went to Rafa`s Casual Food to try one of the Burger Máster burger options: My Way, a special burger for this contest made with a pretzel bun, beef, a portion of seasoned cheese, yellow American cheese, chistorras caramel with glazed onions and black beer, pickles, a touch of chipotle, all served on a bed of cotufas that were the fresh and fun touch of the moment.

Life, like a well-crafted hamburger, offers us an explosion of flavors: the sweetness of successes, the sourness of failures, the spiciness of intense emotions, but, many of us cling to the comfort of a single flavor, to the security of the comfort zone, limiting our palate and our life experience to a single frame, without the possibility of looking beyond.

Just as a hamburger without salt loses its flavor, life without challenges becomes boring and devoid of growth. The comfort zone protects us from risk, but it also limits us from experiencing all it has to offer. It's like staying in the same restaurant every day, missing the opportunity to try new cuisines and exotic flavors.

Stepping out of the comfort zone, on the other hand, is like venturing out to try a burger with an unexpected combination of ingredients. It can be spicy with chipotle, sour, sweet or crunchy, but it will certainly be a memorable experience. It is facing our fears, taking on new challenges, exploring new opportunities and expanding our horizons.

Ultimately, life is not about staying in one place, but enjoying the variety of flavors it has to offer. It's about going out to explore, to try new things, to experiment and to learn. It is living with intensity, with passion and with the certainty that every step out of the comfort zone brings us closer to the best version of ourselves.
