This was good for me because my eyes and sinuses had become very sensitive to harsh and toxic fumes.

Sharing your real-life on-field experience is so vital for the community. I feel some how the sinus issue is an anomaly in it's self cause in the summers recently in our area we had some strange weather conditions like winters. Because of the abnormal weather timing some friends of mine complained about this Sinus issue and they also specifically mentioned that taking steam from Vicks initially provided healing but later on this method stopped working. Some one from Russia a doctor told me 5 years ago during a dinner party that they used potatoes without peeling skin and boiled it and then used that boiled water to take steam having potatoe fluids inside this helped with the sinus issues. I gave this natural remedy to my friends and they claim that this has helped them over come this issue with ease so no need for expensive machinery that produces such steam effects as well this is a cheap and natural way.

Hello @liquidocelotytt that is good that the potatoes without peeled skins boiled worked for your sinuses. It's better to eat potatoes with the skin. The skin has most of vitamins and minerals. You're most welcome. Skins of apples are full of most vitamins and minerals too and probably pears. Any food with edible skin probably has most of the nutrients in the skin. Let me know what your research finds out. Thank you. 😎👍 !BBH !CTP
