make sure you do another ./run.sh restart if it doesn't pick up a block. might be worth doing this as well, not sure if necessary. disable and then re-enable the witness using the tool i linked to you.
hopefully you're producing blocks soon!
I will let it run over night and if no block will try this when I get up in the morning.
