Hello my readers and friends. Today was (yet again) a challenging migraine day. I worked mentoring the new representative who received some difficult calls today. She is doing well despite these issues. This week is her last week with me. I hope she feels relatively prepared to go on her own. I remember how nervous I was when I completed training twelve years ago.
The migraine hit sometime after eleven this morning. I should have recognized the brain fog for what it was. The representative also had a headache today. We managed to muddle through. I took Ubrelvy, a prescription medication and by later in the afternoon the migraine eased up leaving the typical exhaustion in its wake.
Jeff made chicken with sun dried tomatoes and pasta. I appreciate that he enjoys cooking. This migraine cycle seems to be coupled with acute nausea which I am finding very difficult to work through. I called my neurologist and they phoned a script of nausea tablets in to the pharmacy I need to pick up. As I write this, I am unhappy to report a resurgence of that nausea. I pray sleep will ease it completely.
Monday in @alive.chat we share our plans for the week. I am struggling as I approach the new Botox treatment date December fourth so it's difficult to say if I will be able to keep a schedule, but here is my loose plans.
Monday - post
Tuesday - Burn Alive, comments
Wednesday- work, physical therapy, stream church, Stake Alive
Thursday- work, post a freewrite
Friday - work, relax.
