Hello Alive Tribe!

I hope your Wednesday went well. Today is a beautiful Spring day in Pennsylvania! After a full day of work, my husband and I took a walk. We took a walk yesterday evening, too. I love walking in the warm evening air. Work was busy today, but not as demanding as yesterday when I was loaned out to another unit to handle their overflow calls.

Today I received three quality appraisals. All three were marked off under "greeting" because I "didn’t ask the member what they prefer to be called." That means I received 95% on all three appraisals. Last year, my average appraisal score was 100%. To pass quality, representatives are required to carry a 97% or higher quality score. Work has gone "woke."

I'll work to recover my average appraisal scores are one of several metrics used to rank representatives. Ranking determines when you can select vacation time and schedules as well as what, if any raise we earn.

Today in the Alive Tribe we are encouraged to stake Alive. I staked 15 Alive tonight! I'm growing my influence and enjoying our supportive community.
