Today was a low key day. My son took me to the neurologist's for my Botox injection treatment. I arrived just on time with little time to spare.
I didn't have a mask, per the hospital requirement, because for vacation I'd downsized my purse, leaving my token mask behind in the big duffle bag I'd been carrying prior to going on vacation.
Day three of a migraine. My eyes show it. This phase is the postdrome phase and hopefully recovery.
I requested a mask once in my doctor's office to comply with their requirement for treatment. I never adopted face diapers even during the thick of the pandemic. My neurologist doesn’t mind that, in her office, I remove the mask during treatment. I struggle wearing masks because of my abusive past . I feel like I am suffocating while wearing one.
The treatments are a blessing. This last quarter I went a good two months without a migraine. I receive thirty-two injections every three months disbursed around to my forehead, skull, neck and upper shoulder muscles. Dr. Warren injects the medicine into the trigeminal nerve. The scientific term used for the treatment is referred to as

We stopped for a late breakfast at Miller's Food Factory in Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania
I seldom do justice to a plate so large. I ordered Chicken and biscuits to-go so I didn't have to cook dinner tonight. It was a good thing I did because I was falling asleep while watching streaming church. The sermon wasn't the cause of my sleepiness. Judge for yourself Here.
