Always make sure to find some days or create time for yourself to relax no matter how strong you may think you're because after all you're a human.
We are bound to be stressed out, tired, weak, sick and as well burn out and that's why we have to make sure that our health is very important because we keep enjoying what we do just because we're healthy and take care of our body as we may become shadow of ourselves if we don't find time or days to relax.
Like I said earlier that we may fall sick, get tired and burn out if care is not taken or we don't find time for ourselves to relax or rest. It is very important to select a certain time, day or date for yourself as your relaxation or resting day for yourself because if you refuse to do so, your body will definitely do that by itself and you may have to pay dearly for it when such things happen.
Don't over work yourself because you want to make more money because your body has it limit. Though money is important and likewise is your health.
