My Actifit Report Card: May 13 2023

Welcome to my 185th Actifit report. In this post I update on my Actifit stats from Saturday and share a few pictures.

We had some beautiful weather on Saturday. Sunny and blue skies in the morning, and some heavy downpours in the afternoon and evening. I had a good day of moving around, taking my daughter to Ballet class, and did some weight lifting in the evening while we watched TV.

I didn't quite hit my step goal, but happily am continuing my daily exercise and posting streak. Keeping track of these stats is helpful because reviewing the past few weeks, I realized I need to find some ways of getting just a few more steps in during the day.
