Hello and welcome. In this post, I share my Monday Actifit Stats, weekly plan, and a few pictures I took during the day. I haven't posted in about five days. After I missed posting on one day last week, it was easier to miss the next day of posting and exercising. I realized the importance of maintaining good daily habits. I find it motivating to try to beat my personal records for daily consecutive posting, stepping, and exercising, so here we go again.

I didn't hit my step goal of 10,000 steps or my exercise goal of 30 active minutes on Monday. The Alive Chat topic for Mondays is "Plan Out Your New Week - And Follow Your Plan To Success." So my goals this week are to hit 10,000 steps per day, get at least 30 minutes of good exercise, and post my Actifit report daily.
