My Actifit Report Card: April 25 2023

Hello and welcome to my 172nd Actifit Report. Today's pictures are from two intersections I was at on Tuesday, one in the morning, and one in the evening. I got a good amount of activity in today, starting the morning with some stretching and meditation and walking in the evening. Happily I hit all my activity and exercise goals for another day in a row.

Since I started posting my Actifit reports again about a week and a half ago, I have started a morning exercise routine, and make much more of an effort to hit 10,000 steps per day than when I wasn't posting. I'm thankful for the motivation posting provides, and thankful to you all for your ongoing kindness and encouragement.
