We back! Regular readers of my daily posts know I've been struggling to hit my minimum daily goal of 10,000 steps since last week. Today I decided no more excuses.
I took two short walks over the course of the day. The first was after lunch when I ran into this blooming Bougainvillea,
And found this art piece, I love that someone took the time to make this in a hidden corner.
The second walk was in the evening with my daughter. Not long, just around the block a few times.
And after I put her to bed, I was still only at around 8,600 steps. So I paced back and forth, and ran in place, for about 20 minutes until I hit 10,000. Now to do it again tomorrow. Onward!
