Hi friends, I hope you had a terrific Tuesday.
Today was a very busy day for me, lots of going here and there, doing this and that. Two highlights of the day were half-hour blocks I took for myself. A walk in the morning and bike ride in the evening.
I saw these spectacular flowers on my walk this morning. I'm thankful I forced myself out of bed this morning. I woke up sluggish and felt like lying in bed until seven. But I knew it was going to be a busy day, and I wanted to make sure I hit my 10,000 Actifit Activity goal and take some pictures.
My cat has been under the weather. I took him to the vet this morning. They did a number of tests and prescribed a bunch of medicine. Poor Silky, twice a day, I have to give him 5 different pills. He's such a good boy.
At around 6pm, with much of the day done, I went on a bike ride. I rode by the river, it was close to sunset.
And stopped at a market to buy some fruit,
and some flowers.
I crossed this bridge as the sun began to fade,
And smiled for a moment.
I didn't have as much time as I'd hoped today for creative and Hive endeavors. But here are some highlights:
- I read an excellent post titled Hive Is Not For Me. If you are new to Hive, like me, I recommend reading.
- Maintained consistency with daily posting
- Today is my 25th #Actifit report and 16th consecutive day of participating in the #IAmAliveChallenge. I am happy to report I am #AliveAndThriving
