Dear friends, I hope you are having a sublime Saturday. Today we were fortunate to get a bit of a drizzle to cool the afternoon heat.
Today was a great day. First thing in the morning, after getting a cup of coffee, I finished my short story submission for the Scholar and Scribe Monthly Short Fiction Contest. I was working up until the last minute of the deadline and feel really happy that I achieved my goal of finishing it.
Today is my 13th consecutive day of submitting my daily #Actifit report and participating in the #IAmAliveChallenge. I am happy to report I am #AliveAndThriving
I continue to take great joy in taking pictures of some of the plants and flowers I see during the day. I'm exploring the possibilities of what I can do with my phone camera. It does not have a macro setting, I may look for a lens as I love the small details.
After some household chores, I had some time in the late afternoon to go out for some exercise.
It was very hot today, but cool clouds came in close to dusk.
I went to one of my favorite temples and walked around the grounds. Taking some time to sit and reflect.
Today was a good day for my creative and Hive endeavors. Here are some highlights:
- I read the fantastically motivating article Why I think everyone should start creating content on Hive & Leofinance thank you @bradleyarrow for the recommendation
- Actifit - Hit 10,000 Activity. I gained Rank from 23 to 23.1. I spent some AFIT at the Market on boosts.
- Splinterlands: Began preparing my next Gameplay Update and Brawl Report.
- Maintained consistency with daily posting
