My Actifit Report Card: December 13 2024

in Actifit9 days ago

Another day of walking; another day of feeling free for an hour or so that it takes me to cross the threshold of 5,000 steps, which is the goal that I usually set to myself for an Actifit report.
But, wait a minute.
What is this?

STOP?!?!!
I don't want to stop!
I want to KEEP WALKING, just like in Johnie Walker's famous campaign.
However, we need to bear in mind that we sometimes have to stop in life.
That's why there are signs like this, to remind us that we need to press the brake and stand still on certain occasions, otherwise we put our lives and the lives of others at serious risk.
