Cada etapa de la vida tiene sus propios desafíos, en cada una de ellas tenemos tanto por aprender, aún así, en ocasiones me gustaría retroceder el tiempo y hacer las cosas de manera diferente.
Pero no es posible volver atrás y no puedo advertirle a ese ser humano que fui antes, lo que debe hacer para no equivocarse, al menos, para que no haga las cosas de las que hoy me arrepiento y, pensándolo bien, si pudiera, yo no sería quien soy ahora.
Así que aunque a veces duela, hay que pasar la página, superar los tropiezos y seguir adelante, sin dejar la mirada estacionada en el pasado.
Entonces, si pudiera conversar con mi yo del pasado, le diría lo siguiente:
Each stage of life has its own challenges, in each of them we have so much to learn, even so, sometimes I would like to go back in time and do things differently.
But it is not possible to go back and I cannot warn that human being I was before, what he should do not to make mistakes, at least, not to do the things I regret today and, thinking about it, if I could, I would not be who I am now.

Enjoy every moment you live, value the beautiful things that life offers you: having a home, a family, food, clothes, shoes.... Yes, I know there are things you don't like, but even so, you have more than all the children who live in the street or who have abusive parents.
Don't want to rush time, don't want to live a life that is not yours, focus on building the future you want now. With your actions you are writing your own history.
Every step you take today counts.
Ríe más, llora menos, todo en esta vida pasa, lo que tanto te inquieta pasará también. El mundo no es solo gris, también muy brillante y es mejor ver lo bueno en todo, que guardarse en el miedo.
Rodéate de personas que te hagan reír, que te inspiren a ser mejor. No temas a mostrarte tal como eres, es mejor que te no te quieran por ser quien eres a que te acepten por fingir ser quien no eres.

Mi querido yo del pasado, también quiero agradecerte todo lo que has hecho por mí, fuiste valiente y esforzada, no perdiste la fe, no te desviaste de tus objetivos, lograste llegar hasta aquí con valores y metas cumplidas.
Sé que hiciste lo mejor que podías, con las herramientas que tenías. Estoy orgullosa de ti y me comprometo a ser mejor cada día.
